Buying is easy. Find the product(s) you want and click on the " shopping basket " button. This places the product in your basket.

At all times you are able to see what is in your basket by clicking " Basket " at the top of your screen.

When you have finished shopping click the " Basket " link. If you want to adjust the quantities, change the number then select " OK ". or delete items, click the " Delete " link.

The checkout process is an easy six-step process. You should be able to complete everything in about five minutes.
Step 1 - Your Shipping Location
- You will be asked to select the country and state that you live in.
- There are many benefits to register as a user. You will receive specials and discounts. To register as a user click " Sign Up " at the top of the page. If you are regestered, please " Login " before you proceed to the check out.
Step 2 - Terms and Conditions
- You will need to accept the terms and conditions in order to proceed with your order.
Step 3 - Billing Details
- You will now go to our secure ordering system. Please fill in the order form so we can process your order.
Step 4 - Payment Details
- You will now be asked to select your preferred method of payment on our secure payment system.
Step 5 - Order Processing
- Your order will now be processed. Please note that this can take upto 3 minutes.

| 1. What information does SARU collect and how is it used? |
|
Customers
- For you to make an order from SARU, we need to have your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, it's expiry date and your billing address (if this is different from your delivery address). This information makes it possible for us to process and fulfil your order.
- We ask for a contact telephone number when you order. This allows us to contact you urgently if your order is delayed in some way.
General site use
- When submitting a review of one of our products, we ask for your name and your e-mail address. You do however, have the choice for your review to be posted on our site as 'anonymous'.
- Occasionally, we provide competitions and incentivised promotions. In these cases we may again ask for your name, physical address and e-mail address, for the purpose of notifying winners and administering promotional activity.
- If you choose to sign-up to the SARU customer newsletter, your name and e-mail address will be used to dispatch this information to you.
- Occasionally we may use your contact details to notify you of important Website developments, new SARU services and special offers we think you will find valuable.

| 2. What steps does SARU take to protect my information? |

- Whenever you enter your personal information into the SARU site - whether when placing orders or updating account information - all of your information is encrypted prior to transmission, using a secure server.
- In compliance with UK Data Protection Legislation, we also follow extremely strict security protocol, in storing and disclosing the information which you have supplied to us. To prevent unauthorised access, we may sometimes require proof of your identity before we can disclose sensitive information to you.

| 3. Does SARU use cookies to record information about me? |

- Cookies are used to offer certain site functionality. These cookies do not contain any information which could identify you or allow your personal information to be obtained by third parties.
- However, you may use your Internet browser's advanced options to turn off your cookies. You will still be able to interact with the SARU Website for the majority of key tasks ( adding items to your shopping basket and purchasing them ).

| 4. Will SARU disclose my information to third parties? |

- Passion Pink does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.
- We use a number of different firms to perform functions on our behalf - such as package delivery, marketing assistance, credit card processing etc. These firms have access to your personal information where needed to perform their function, but are strictly regulated in accordance with UK Data Protection Legislation, to ensure that they do not use it for any other purpose than that stated.
- We reserve the right to undertake such activity in the future with respectable, trusted third parties. We would retain complete control of data usage, but if you are unhappy with your involvement in such activity, you may opt out by sending an e-mail message to info@saru.co.uk.
- Aggregated statistical information about our customers buying habits and traffic patterns may also be provided to reputable third parties, but this will not include any personally identifying data.

- By using the SARU Website, you consent fully to our collection and use of the information outlined above, unless otherwise indicated by you, using the opt-out clauses provided.

Although we aim to hold at least 95% of our products in stock at all times, occasionally you will find our most popular items out of stock. These items are rarely unavailable for more than a few days, so we allow customers to put these items on backorder. If you choose to order an out of stock item it will be dealt with in one of two ways depending on your location:
UK Backorders - All available items in your order will be shipped immediately. Backordered items will be dispatched to you as soon as they become available. Backordered items will not be charged until the moment they are shipped and no additional postage and packing charges will be levied.
International Backorders - Due to the prohibitive cost of part-shipping items to international destinations, all international orders containing backordered items are held until we can complete the entire order. Available items will be allocated to you immediately, but you will not be charged for your order until the moment it is shipped. | |
