Offer And Acceptance.
A binding contract is formed between you and Passion Pink when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail that your order has been accepted.
Prices.
The price you pay for is displayed clearly on the website and includes VAT (Value Added Tax) for UK residents. Taxes for overseas deliveries are your responsibility.
Our prices are set in pounds sterling.
Payment Details.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch or Delta.
Upon receiving your order we will carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that you have sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
All transactions will appear as PP on your bank statements.
PASSION PINK does NOT offer credit.
Sale / Purchase of Products.
We will notify you by e-mail (to the e-mail address supplied by you) as soon as possible to confirm receipt of any order for products. We will e-mail you again to advise you that your order has been accepted (only at that point will a contract for the sale / purchase of the products ordered be made between us and the place of such contract shall be the place from which our confirmatory e-mail was sent).
Postage And Packaging.
All orders will be picked and dispatched within 21 working days of the order being accepted. All products advertised for sale on this web-site are subject to availability. If items are out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our executives who will ask you how you would like to proceed.
Where different products, which are usually subject to different delivery times, are part of the same order then the longest normal delivery period shall apply.
Where there is any shortfall on delivery, notification must be made to us at: sales@passionpink.co.uk
, within five working days upon receipt of your order, otherwise no liability shall be accepted. If such notification is made then our liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.
All orders are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery via the Royal Mail within the United Kingdom. Orders for abroad are sent by courier and will require a signature at the delivery point. If you instruct the courier company to leave products unattended, we will not be responsible for loss.
All orders will be boxed and dispatched in plain packaging. Postage and packaging within the United Kingdom will be charged at £ 5.50 (pounds sterling) for items up to a weight of 2.5 Kg's (kilograms). Postage and packaging to other EU countries will be charged at £ 7.50 (pounds sterling) for items up to a weight of 2.5 Kg's (kilograms). Postage and packaging to the rest of the world will be charged at £ 15.00 (pounds sterling) for items up to a weight of 2.5 Kg's (kilograms). If the products sold are above the weight (2.5 Kg's), you will be contacted via e-mail by one of our executives who will advise you of any additional costs. We reserve the right to amend our mailing policy at any time.
Returns / Cancellation Of Orders Under UK Law (UK customers only).
This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows.
A. All goods come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. If for any reason at all you are not happy with what you've bought simply return it to us within 21 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non refundable. HOWEVER,
i. The product(s) must be unused. We simply will not accept returned products that are soiled.
The product(s) must be in its original condition and in the box or packaging in which it was received.
We must receive the product within 21 days from receipt of order.
ii. We do not refund postage and packaging.
iii. You must also return all free products given to you by us at the time of purchase, or we will deduct the cost of those products (RRP) from your refund.
iv. Goods made to order are excluded.
B. We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.

clearly marking the envelope "RETURNS" within 14 ( fourteen ) days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You will be given a return number that must be used when returning your goods.
Data Protection.
PASSION PINK holds your order details on a secure database for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Your credit card details are not held by PASSION PINK and cannot be accessed after an order has been placed. We will not make your personal details available to any other person or organization.
PASSION PINK will NOT send you any promotional material, unless requested.
Unlawful Provision.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
Governing Law And Jurisdiction.
This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.
Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
